I've been fucking lazy...

Yeah yeah, pipe down...I've been so lazy till I have not updated my workout journal, my blog and the other running blog. Time to get things done! so here goes. Damn, its May already ...talking about how time flies. This is going to be a LOOOOOOOONNNNNG POST. Well its because of the pictures.

I was selected to be in some ECO training(Engineering a Culture in an Organisation) By this company called Learning Edge. I didnt really mind although my Saturday is taken up...why? Its at PALACE OF THE GOLDEN HORSES! w00t!

I got sligtly mislead by one of the sign board, I ended up going to the Mines Business Park area...I had to pay RM1. Fucking bullshit! Anyway, I arrive at the hotel and spotted afew other colleagues...we all chit chat alittle before starting our so-called-training session.

Cable Pushdown....I do 2 types...macam cacat but I felt my triceps being worked nicely. the light ones is like 90 degrees adn my forearm goes down. Heavier ones are like I'm doing push ups..pushing the bar down...nvm la..all macam the same...Pushdown. As long as its working for me.

Labour's daY!~~~holi holi holiday

Walked around 1 Utama....pretty packed but as usual, we manage to find a parking space within afew minutes :) Lucky indeed. There were having alot of stuff...some Animax fair, Korean fair, Osim, Ogawa.....damn....We didn't really shop for stuff...just window shopping. Lunch plan? Didn't really know what to eat...ended up dining at Just Thai.
