December 2007. Life changing experience?

Life Story

Seriously guys..I nearly lost my life in an accident. Happened 23rd of December 2007, last Sunday. Kianweic chatted with me when I was online before i left for Sitiawan. Chatted with Kianweic ( An Online bodybuilder friend from Lowyat Forum ), after awhile..packed everything into the car...and started my journey. I was the driver. My mum and sister was in the car as well.

Painful lesson. NEVER never sleep late before traveling. My biggest mistake ever. I got the wrong information and took for granted. I thought my brother in law was driving instead of me, so i stayed up pretty late. So when I was told that he isn't coming in the first place....I was screwed.

Just for a split second, I dozed off. Its just beyond human control. I woke up when my mum said "Why are you moving towards the left". By the time I opened my eyes, the car was going to hit those construction square plastic box. Panic, I jammed the brakes while turning right...I lost control of the car.Skidded and spun 2 ROUNDS clockwise . After the 2nd spin, I hit an Estima and spun anti clockwise 1 round before coming to a halt.

I really thank God for protecting me and my family and not to mention other drivers. Imagine if there was a motorcyclist? Another Kancil? or any other car that would have hit me from any direction. I'm not joking and to think back of what could have happened....I could hardly sleep.

Apart from that, I'm pretty thankful to be alive. Thankful for the life i have. We always want more out of what we have. I want a new car. I want a new guitar. I want a new pc. I won't deny, I myself am one of those people.

So before anything happens. I would like to say. Thanks for being my friend, be it whether you're my online friend or real-life-met-before-friend. Lastly, l love my family.

OKAY. That is about it about the sad stuff.. NOW to my proud moment...well sort of. After losing weight. body fats. Here are some progress picture.

January to August was Cardio mostly. I started working out in August till present ( I still do my cardio: Jogging )

As you can see, I hardly had time to workout in December. Its not my excuse but there wasn't really time for me to workout. I will update about my NEW PC yes.. MY FREAKING NEW COMPUTER later.

For your information, I am not aiming to be big, commonly known as "Bulking" for bodybuilders. It aint easy anyway. If you think taking protein shake will make you big. YES. Big as in FAT ASS and you're wasting the protein by peeing excess protein out.

I worked hard to be where I'm at and I'm proud to say I'm very satisfied. From being a noob, all the trial and error at proper food diet(once again...its not about starving....diet is not about that).
