Finally, I'm back home. I was staying at my gf's place last week. Ok...Nic, her name is Siong Yee :) but i'm still gonna use "GF" haha.
I tried my best to exercise in between my holidays and all. Didnt put on any weight though
I ran 2KM this morning....but had Nasi Lemak for breakfast. As for lunch, I had rice, chicken curry, and long beans.
I plan to get KFC for dinner...3 pieces of Chicken Breast + 1 large Coleslaw. I m going to run again later when i'm home.
My tummy a.k.a spare tyre seems to be smaller...photo? wait lar.....I'm not satisfied yet..malu aje kalau nak post photo.
May be 1 more month?
