Lame ass ppl at my housing area- Security Contributions

First off, they forward this email with a video attachment(I've upload it into youtube). THIS IS NOT A CCTV VIDEO. CCTV with audio? ZOOM? Fucking hell if you can zoom and move around, why not stop the thief? You can even hear sound of the wind blowing and the camera is shacking badly.

Oh wait...the CCTV can detect motion? Moving along with the object? So high tech for a house at Bandar Puteri 6. Pfff.. stupid video to force people into paying security every month. If you are so insecure, bring the security guard to guard your car in public.

Why am I not paying? Because I don't want to pay la. So fucking what. I'm not staying in a condo. Even when I was kid, there wasn't a need for such a thing. Who the fuck made you the residential security "president". It is because YOU want the security. Not us.

Dear All,
For your info.
A theft incident happened in 1 of our residents' house on Monday early
morning ~3 to 4 am (7th July 2008).
The thief climbed over the resident’s house and successfully took away 4
pairs of branded shoes. (Refer to CCTV Clip attached)
It’s shocking to find that he is so DARING and seemed enjoy choosing the
best "candidates" though we have guards patrolling around periodically.
Apparently this thief has studied well about our guards’ patrolling routine
and schedule.
Imagine if we didn’t have guards at all, what is going to happen ???

On Sun, there's a case of break-in just happened in Han Ming School with
the theives came with axes....
Many handbag snatch cases also happened near Citibank/Giant area.
We all know how bad the security out there....

The "limited" security and peacefulness we enjoy now may not be lasted too
long without all's contribution !
For your info, the guard company has demanded a raise in their service
charge, and we might not afford to hire them with current's participation
rate.
Again, we would like to urge those unpaid residents to contribute ASAP.

Best Regards
RA of Puteri 6 Ixora.
