Quick update?

My new routine for losing more body fats. I hope to maintain my muscles too.

Monday:
Morning a normal 2KM run
Evening after work I'll do HIIT cardio

Tuesday :
Afterwork I'll do Weight

Wednesday :
Morning a normal 2KM run
Evening: HIIT cardio

Thursday :
Afterwork: Weights

Friday :
Morning a normal 2KM run
Evening: HIIT Cardio

Saturday :
Rest

Sunday :
Evening: Cardio
