Ahh...Updates...actually nothing much really apart from finishing my work in the office(to me..its considered done. Now I have to wait for replies on whether the program is working as it should).
I didnt exercise yesterday...rest day :D.
Will do my cardio 1st then I'll do weights.
Last Weds was bad. I did my weights then cardio....my ribcage kinda hurt....dunno why. Friends told me that its because of weights.....I did weights 1st....while cardio stretches your body.......anyway I had quite an oily tea time. Dont get me wrong...it was home cooked bee hoon. My grandma might have used too much sesame oil.
Anyway, I'll try doing Cardio 1st this time. then weights.
