Yo guys..sorry for the lack of updates. Here is what I did on Friday and today :)

Friday 10.08.2007

  • Jogging 1KM
  • Bicep Curls 3 X 5
  • Bench Press 1 X 10
  • Bent Over Row 1 X 10
  • Kickback 1 X 10
  • Tripceps Extensions 1 X 10
  • Sit Ups 3 X 10
  • Sit ups with weights 1 X 10


Sunday 12.08.2007

  • Bicep Curls 3 X 5
  • Bench Press 1 X 10
  • Bent Over Row 1 X 10
  • Kickback 1 X 10
  • Triceps Extensions 1 X 10
  • Sit Ups with weights 3 x 10
Its raining now so I hope it will stop by 6pm or so. I'll do my jogging later. I'm off for lunch now. Just finished doing those workout.
