Ah...Sunday Sunday...Went to church...came back home...had Brunch...

Just finished working out. Changed my weights on my dumbbells. Instead of 6.5KG(2.5KG X 2 + Bar(1.5KG), I'm using 5KG for now ((1.25KG + 0.5KG) X 2) + 1.5KG(bar).

  • Bicep Curls: 2 10
  • Bench Press: 1 10
  • Bent Over Row: 1 10.
  • Sit-Ups: 3 10
  • Weighted Sit-Ups(Ok..no idea ..I just made this term up) Used the 5KG dumbbell: 1 10.
That is it for now. Hopefully it doesn't rain in the evening then I can do my jogging.
