W'sup everyone....I just came back from jogging(HIIT)
6.40pm: Jogging(HIIT)
Didnt cycle but did nearly 1.2KM of HIIT.
7.00pm: Drank 1 cup of HL milk and ate 1 banana :)
Resting now. I'm not gonna do much for today...I only had like 4 hours of sleep.
