W'sup everyone..kinda happy today.. manage to do my weights AND cardio. Here is my routine for today- Bicep Curls 3 X 5
- Bench Press 1 X 10
- Bent Over Row 1 X 10
- Sit Ups 3 X 10
- Weight Sit Ups 1 X 10
- Jogging 1KM
- Cycling 1KM
Came back..rested..took 1 full cup of HL Milk with 1 piece of banana.FEEEELLL GOOODD.
