GGGGggggggooooooood morning.
Didnt jog in the morning today...:D waz lazy but I did crunches though...I think it means sit-ups.
3 sets of 10. gonna increase to 5 sets soon. So...50 sit-ups a day coming soon.
I hate those gym terms coz i know nuts...skullcrusher? Squats...Benchpress..bla bla bla
Also...arrived in the office and.......ALL MY CHOCOLATES WERE STOLEN!!!! You 'Tuut'ing thief!!
I hope those chocolates has worms in it and may they eat your flesh and brain. Scumbag...

7.50am: Situps (3sets of 10)
Breakfast: Alittle fried rice(My grandma cooked it in the morning...home cooked :) ) and a cup of coffee with 2 scoops of full cream milk :p
Lunch @ 12.00pm : 2 Tuna Sandwiches(wholemeal bread + cucumber + tomato). also 2 sticks of satay :D
Teatime 4.00pm: Tong sui(Thanks Joanne :D) and some small kuih)
6.35pm: Jogging(HIIT) 1KM , Cycling 1KM, Sit-ups (3 sets of 10)
7.00pm: 1 Cup of HL Milk
Dinner : *Will update but should be the usual. Half a bowl of rice, chicken/fish and lots of veg.)
