What a day....Won't call it a shitty day. Probably just tired. Forgotten some things about work which I should have remembered. Ah well...a wake up call for me after hibernating for so long.
I got home from work...watch 2 episodes of Initial D Stage 4(Ep. 3 and 4). Felt really tired today and didnt feel like exercising. I slept for a good 30mins before dinner.
Sometimes doing less is actually doing more. I wanted to rest from doing weights and cardio. Hopefully I am able to repeat my Monday routine, which is, weights then cardio tomorrow.
